The term Smart ID or LuggageHunters or iServe Technology or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website/service.

The use of this website/service is subject to the following terms of use:

• The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
• You agree to receive text messages on the mobile numbers registered for the purpose of advising on how and where to recover your lost items and up to one marketing text message a month from us.
• You confirm that you have received authorisation and agreement from the owners of the mobile numbers provided to receive text messages from us.
• Each tag and label pack can receive a maximum of ten text messages before it expires. Where two mobile numbers are registered this will be ten text messages in total so each message sent to that ID will reduce the balance of messages available by two. You will receive a SMS text message from us when your balance reaches two (this advisory message will not diminish your remaining credit)
• You will receive the SMS text from ‘SmartID’ (Please Note – not all phone networks support SMS from a named source – so you may receive the message from a mobile number).
• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
